Curbside recycling was started in October 2007 in the Deerfield subdivision. With the help of Evonik Industries and Cargill, the WCRA outfitted a 16’ utility trailer with twelve, 95 gallon recycling bins. On the first Saturday of the month, a volunteer picks up recyclables in the Deerfield subdivision and transports them to the Center. Recently, the Eagle Run Subdivision on Hwy 133 has started curbside pick up on the second Saturday of the month. The trailer is available for your subdivision also.
